Olivia Culpo is prioritizing her health and wellness routine as she prepares to tie the knot with San Francisco 49ers star, Christian McCaffrey.
The former Miss Universe, who got engaged to the running back last year, dished on a few of her favorite ways to look after her mind and body before she says ‘I do.’
‘I’ve recently gotten really into saunas [and] cold plunge,’ she told Mail Sport at Thorne’s Supper Club Tuesday night.
In the months leading up to the wedding, she and McCaffrey have also been taking their toy golden doodle Oliver Sprinkles on ‘lots of walks.’
Culpo has been focused on what she’s putting in her body, too.
‘Beauty begins with what’s on the inside,’ the supermodel said, noting she takes Thorne’s Super EPA to keep her ‘hair and skin looking and feeling its best.’
Although she hasn’t revealed the date of her impending nuptials, the Culpo Sisters star recently teased that the ‘countdown’ is on.
‘It’s happening,’ the 31-year-old told People last week.
‘I’m looking forward to marrying my best friend. I’m very excited for that next chapter, and I feel very lucky. He’s a great guy.’
Curating her guestlist has been ‘by far the hardest part’ of planning the big day, she added.
‘It’s just logistically complicated,’ she explained
‘Figuring out what everyone’s going to wear, figuring out, figuring out where everyone’s going to stay, making sure that everybody’s happy.’
The pair started dating in 2019, and he popped the question with an oval-cut diamond sparkler while on a Utah getaway after four years of dating.
McCaffrey, who is currently in the NFL offseason, played a pivotal role in leading the 49ers to the Super Bowl in February, where Culpo was seen cheering him on.
