Llamado Journey, el cachorro fue encontrado más tarde a 10 millas de distancia del encuentro inicial, muy embarazada. Los amantes de los animales preocupados se unieron para ayudar a medida que se acercaban los días más fríos. Alysse, decidida a rescatar a Journey, pasó tres horas intentando ganarse su confianza. Obligada a regresar al día siguiente, Alysse encontró a Journey buscando refugio cerca de un trozo de basura, después de haber pasado la noche al aire libre.
Los intentos de meter a Journey en el auto fracasaron, pero con trabajo en equipo y perritos calientes, el equipo de rescate la contuvo con éxito. Llevada al veterinario, Journey, futura madre, dio a luz a una camada de seis cachorros sanos. La familia se mantendrá segura, con adopción a través de Noble Now Inc. Friends of Noble Animal Shelter si no se encuentran propietarios.
